A tissue expander is on the right - you are looking at the back side of it, the side that is against my ribcage.  If you look through the clear area, you can see a bit of the metal fill plate.  This is what they find with the magnetic contraption shown in earlier pictures.  The metal disc is so hard, and you can actually feel it right below the surface of my skin, as if you are actually touching it. 



On the left is an implant (gummy bear) like the one we will be swapping each expander for in the next 3-5 months.  Looks much "comfier," right?



My latest globes. ;-)  Here you can see the GAP between them that bothers me so much.  It's rather wide, I think.  But, beggars can't be choosers?!
